The IP Thermometer Basic and IP TH Sensor run stable firmware that’s been proven reliable across thousands of installations. These models do not support remote firmware updates. Remote firmware update capability will be available on our upcoming Pro and Max series devices, currently in development.
This typically indicates an unstable power supply. Try these steps: Replace your USB power adapter with a quality 5V/1A+ power supply Replace the USB cable with a shorter, higher-quality cable Avoid cheap or counterfeit power adapters If using a PoE splitter, ensure it provides stable 5V output
