How It Works
- Return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of receipt
- Contact us first via the Contact form for return authorization and instructions
Refunds
- Full product price refunded to your original payment method
- Processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the item
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable (except when the return is due to our error)
We cover return shipping only for defective or incorrectly sent items.
